As a port city, shipping containers are a symbol of the Busan economy. Stacking containers creates a minimal form reminiscent of contemporary architecture and sculpture. Craig Costello, a well-know street artist based in New York City has a strong history with both painting architecture and painting in urban environments. With this piece Costello brings his urban aesthetic to sculpture/architecture using the building blocks of Busan city's economy.
