¡®The Cosmos¡¯ is a ceramic installation work created through a modern reinterpretation of ancient Korean earthenware¡¯s originality, based on historical data. This project aims to convey the cosmic force and infinite energy engendered in an installation space. In this sense its abstractness and pictorial quality can be appreciated as a work of contemporary art, not as an archeological material to the exclusion of its function.
