Heritage-Voyage

In my work a ship or an abandoned ship stands for human existence and social reality. Overcoming the painful heritage of human history, a tree grown from a seed grows straight through the middle of the ship, symbolizing a life force innate in nature. The altering aspects of a growing or soaring being are expressed with LED lights set on two boats made of wood and steel. The boats are busy getting ready for their voyage toward the future
