Educational Programs aim to ensure the Biennale¡¯s unique characteristics of educational communication by creating an exemplary model of communication with the public. By providing a forum for open education for anyone and everyone, this program will contribute to the establishment of good cultural perspective and foster potential producers and consumers of culture and art. |

Lectures |
Lectures are planned to introduce the theme and direction of planning of for the Busan Biennale 2012. The lectures will serve as a forum to share various opinions from individuals with diverse areas of interest as well as a range of demographic backgrounds.

Biennale Urban Square |
The purpose of Biennale Urban Square is to increase the understanding and awareness of the Biennale. As well as to meet the cultural needs of the public and creat a forum for communication by offering public-friendly participatory programs. Offering exhibition and cultural events will contribute to the improvement of cultural activities throughout the city. As a result, this will lay the foundation for introducing a new way to learn about culture through interchange with other Biennales in Asia. |

Gallery Festival |
Since 2008 galleries have voluntarily organised and held the Busan Biennale Gallery Festival, which is exhibited during the Busan Biennale with the following aims.
- Promote art among the general public
- Development of the local art and culture in Busan
- Revitalize the art industry
64 artists with 409 artworks will feature at 6 different sites (Haeundae-gu, Suyoung-gu, Busanjin-gu, Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Geumjung-gu) during the 2012 Busan Biennale Art Gallery Festival.
