이번 홈페이지와 블로그 개편은 어떻게 하면 부산비엔날레와 바다미술제를 아껴주시는 관람객들과 좀 더 가깝게 소통할 수 있을까 하는 생각에서 출발하였습니다. 그럼, 어떤 변화들이 있는지 한번 보실까요?

Let’s take a look at the new version of Busan Biennale homepage and blog.

The recent reorganization of homepage and blog has begun from the thought of how we can communicate a little closer with the spectators who cherish Busan Biennale and Sea Art Festival. Now, shall we see what kind of changes have been made? 

가장 눈에 띄는 변화 중 하나로, 메인화면에 ‘학술프로그램’ 탭을 추가했습니다.

부산비엔날레조직위에서는 짝수 해엔 ‘부산비엔날레’를, 홀수 해에는 ‘바다미술제’와 ‘학술심포지움’을 개최하고 있습니다. ‘학술심포지움’과 그 외 학술행사들은 저명한 미술계 인사와 함께 현대미술과 부산비엔날레에 대해 심도 있는 고민과 토론을 하는 행사입니다. 누구나 참여 가능한 의미 있는 행사인 학술프로그램에 대한 정보를 이제 보다 쉽게 찾을 수 있게 되었습니다.

As one of the most conspicuous changes, we have added ‘Academic Program’ tab on the main screen. 

Busan Biennale Organizing Committee is hosting ‘Busan Biennale’ in the even numbered years while hosting ‘Sea Art Festival’ and ‘Academic Symposium’ in the odd numbered years. ‘Academic Symposium’ and other academic events are the ones to have in-depth considerations and discussions on contemporary fine art and Busan Biennale with prominent figures of art circles. It became easier now to find information on the academic program which is a meaningful event that anyone can participate.

또한 메인화면에서 메뉴 배열에 변화를 주어, 누구든지 원하는 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 하였습니다. 그 외에도 뉴스레터 신청을 메인페이지에서 할 수 있도록 새롭게 정비하였고, 부산비엔날레의 재미난 소식이 가득한 블로그도 홈페이지에서 바로 이동할 수 있습니다!

In addition, the homepage was newly improved to apply for newsletter on the main page and you can also move to the blogger filled with fun news of Busan Biennale directly from the homepage! 

홈페이지에 이어 블로그에도 큰 변화가 생겼는데요, 기존에 사용하던 블로그에서 부산비엔날레조직위 홈페이지 속 마이크로사이트 형식으로 블로그를 만들었습니다. 부산비엔날레조직위의 블로그는 네OX의 블로그를 사용했었는데요, 아무래도 블로그는 다른 SNS채널에 비해 자료를 모아놓고 아카이브 한다는 특성을 가지고 있다 보니 외부채널에 자료를 축적하는 것 보다 자체공간에 자료를 쌓아나는 것이 좋겠다고 생각되어 홈페이지 속 또 다른 미니홈페이지의 형식으로 만들게 되었습니다.

While a huge change has been made to the blog followed by the homepage renewal, the blog has been changed as a form of microsite within the homepage of Busan Biennale Organizing Committee from the existing blog. While the blog of Busan Biennale Organizing Committee has been using a blog of Naver, we ended up making into a form of another mini homepage within the homepage thinking that it would be better to build up data within an independent space rather than accumulating data on an outside channel since a blog has a nature of archiving by gathering data unlike other SNS channels.
